I'm Misty P., the breeder behind PF Standards & Yorkies located in Gary, TX. We've had Standard Poodles for approximately 8 years. Over this time, we've continued to learn and grow our program. Our Poodle gang is part of our family. We are completely sold on the breed and aim to deliver quality pups. We love our puppies and know you will love them just as much as we do.

Why did you start breeding?
We acquired our first Standard in 2015 and have been in love with the breed ever since. We've learned a lot over the years and continue to strive for a better program as we grow.What makes your program special?
Our Poodles are raised in our home, yet love the farm life as well. If not snoozing in our recliner, they can be found pond jumping or taking hunts through our woods. Our dogs are a part of our family - we love them dearly! A lot of time and devotion is given to our Poodle pack and our goal is to raise healthy, well-bred puppies that will give you and your family joy for many years.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, blue, cream, silver, white, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
"Our prices vary due to sex, structure, color, markings, pet, or full AKC registration. www.pfstandardpoodles.com. With your deposit of $300, you will be placed in order of when we receive your holding fee. This fee will go toward the final price of your puppy."

PF BACKSEAT BONNIE Bonnie is a product of our Ruby x Vince. Her father is a retired show Grand Champion from the UKC ring. She is quiet, very pleasant, and is a follower in the pack. Her favorite spot is crawling under our bed. She is loving, and loves to hunt. She loves the water and the farm life. She has produced silver and white partis, and black and white partis.

About Bacardi
Bacardi is a handsome boy, and has a super sweet temperament. He’s very loving, intelligent, and aims to please. We acquired him in April 2020. He has been shown in the UKC ring and has earned his Grand Champion Title. He was in the Top Ten in UKC for 2018 Multi Colored Standard Poodles. He had an amazing handlers- Chris/Nick at this time. He has worked with autistic children and residents at nursing homes. Imported bloodlines. His favorite thing to do it load up in the car and go with us everywhere. He is a regular at our boutique in downtown Carthage, TX, where he loves to get extra love from customers. He has the most calm and sweet disposition. Everyone LOVES our B!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Full Embark Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
