Meet the breeder

I'm Vivian H., the breeder behind Pipsqueak Mansion Poodles located in Gainesville, FL. Purpose-driven breeding program centered on genetic integrity, sound structure, and balanced temperament. Each puppy is thoughtfully raised with early exposure, confidence-building, and proper development. We prioritize responsible placements and continued guidance for long-term success.

Q. & A. with Vivian

  • Why did you start breeding?

I entered breeding after witnessing poor genetics and irresponsible practices within the industry. Seeing preventable health and temperament issues motivated me to create a program rooted in health testing, genetic integrity, and ethical standards. My goal is to improve the breed through intentional pairings and proper early development.
  • What makes your program special?

Our program integrates breeding and training from day one. We implement ENS, early socialization, and foundational structure to build confident, stable puppies. Every parent is health-tested and selected for sound temperament and genetics. Nutrition is carefully managed for optimal development, and families are thoughtfully screened to ensure the right lifelong match.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, white, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
