Meet the breeder

I'm Desiree H., the breeder behind Pixie Doodle Paws located in Palmdale, CA. Welcome to Pixie Doodle Paws! We’re so happy you’re here and truly appreciate your interest in and trust in us as your breeder. We specialize in breeding, raising, and socializing Australian Labradoodles. Our highest priority is producing healthy puppies, which is why all of our parent dogs undergo thorough health & genetic testing.

Q. & A. with Desiree

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our journey with Australian Labradoodles began with Maise, one of our first beloved moms. She raised four litters with patience and love. Now retired, she spends her days cuddling with our son. More than a pet, Maise became part of every family moment, teaching us the deep bond a dog brings and inspiring us to share that joy with others.
  • What makes your program special?

At Pixie Doodle Paws, we believe the right dog becomes more than a pet—they become family. We raise Australian Labradoodles for their gentle temperaments, intelligence, and charm. Each puppy is nurtured with love and intention from the start. We give them the head start every puppy deserves through ENS, structured curriculum, early socialization, desensitization, and early potty and crate training to ensure a smooth, confident transition home.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include caramel cream, caramel, red, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Desiree was wonderful to deal with when picking our new puppy. And she met us halfway between our 2 locations which saved us big time. Desiree also provided lots of helpful information and numerous toys. We are very pleased with our new family member and look forward to many years of fun company.

Desiree deserves an award for labradoodle breeder of year! She was so responsive to all of our weekly (ok, really daily) questions and requests for constant photos and updates. The puppy curriculum she completed with them has them so far ahead in training! They have been spoiled with love and care beyond any breeder I’ve worked with! We recommend Pixie Doodle Paws with the highest regards!! Our two new fur babies came home with two giant bags of goodies, food, treats, toys, blankets, puppy pads, and bandannas! Desiree’s doodles are priceless! We will be repeat customers for sure. 🥰🥰
