Q. & A. with JoDee
Why did you start breeding?
My husband and I adopted a dog 12 years ago. She was a quick learner, smart, adaptive, motivated, with amazing natural instinks. I wanted to understand her more so we dove into her DNA. We found out she had a lot of Cane Corso in her. We started looking into the breed more. Once she passed, we knew they were our heart breed. Since then we feel like this is a way we can give back and honor her.
What makes your program special?
We are not a kennel, we are consciencious hobby breeders. We believe in offering every person from us support. Cane Corsos can be a difficult breed, they require a lot of research. We treat our dogs as members of the household and keep them active and happy. We do all OFA testing and belive a kennel is only as good as the puppy contract they offer. It is there to protect you, the puppy, and us.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chestnut brindle, black, black brindle, fawn, gray, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

She is accepting of children, the elderly, farm equipment, and animals. She has a drive to make her owner happy and enjoys being given a task. She loves to be up high and loves to look over her territory. She knows around 35 commands and has such an amazing personality and can be quite talkative if she has something on her mind!
