Meet the breeder

I'm Taylor T., the breeder behind Poplar Creek Miniature Schnauzers located in Folkston, GA. Our dogs are bred to be the ideal family pet or your next sporting dog! We focus on Schnauzers that meet the breed standard set by the American Miniature Schnauzer Club while also health testing above OFA Chic requirements. Puppies are raised using the Puppy Culture program and ENS protocols.

Q. & A. with Taylor

  • Why did you start breeding?

In 2021, we lost our Chihuahua Ella to Mitral Valve Disease. This encouraged Taylor to research ethical dog breeding which ultimately led to the purchase of what would become our first Champion Miniature Schnauzer. We wanted to make a difference in the lives of pet owners by offering well bred dogs that’ve been given the best start in life so Poplar Creek Miniature Schnauzers was born.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are preservation bred show line dogs with diverse lineage for maximum health. We health test above OFA Chic program standards and raise puppies using Puppy Culture. All puppies will be sold with an OFA Eye Exam, a Health Certificate, Contract, and a lifetime guarantee.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are salt and pepper. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
