I'm Madie O., the breeder behind Presidential Frechies located in Pembroke, KY. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After getting the know the breed and discovering all the issues that can arise from poor breeding we decided we wanted to better the breed and produce quality frenchies.

  • What makes your program special?

    This program is led by a veterinarian.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle, fawn, blue fawn, fawn and white, black and white, brindle and white, black, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Madie

Madie has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes full veterinary examination, first round of vaccinations, deworming, 1 month flea and tick prevention, 1 month heartworm prevention, microchip and a 1 year health guarantee. Puppies are raised in our home and will get socialization with children and other animals from an early age."

Madie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Madie was very responsive to all my questions. I really appreciate that her breeding program was focused on health first and a huge plus that she’s a veterinarian with knowledge of the specific needs of Frenchies. She truly cares for the wellbeing of the dogs and it shows in the program and overall experience we had. After the puppies were born she shared many updates with us and shared cute pictures and videos. When it was time to pick up Gus we met at her clinic and she was very organized with a binder of his records, guidelines etc. she provided a few toys, littermates blankets and a unopened bag of food. Not to mention Gus is very well behaved and so smart, he was trained on a grass potty pad and it’s been very successful, no accidents at all. Overall we are very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Madie’s program!

    Madie was so helpful and knowledgeable when we first brought our Frenchie home. He had a little cold and she was quick to help out and get his medicine called in locally for me to pick up. Maui has now been with us for 8 months and fits in perfectly with our family. We still follow Madie and are definitely considering adding another Frenchie to our family soon!
