Why did you start breeding?
I was raised with registered Walker Hounds and breeding was a big part of life growing up. As I grew up and had a family of my own, I had various cattle dogs, bulldogs, Labradors, and then Welsh Cardigan Corgis. They will all have a special place in my heart, but my heart is all about the Golden's now.What makes your program special?
I provide a loving and peaceful place for my litters to be born and have their first experiences with this world. My home is nestled on the river in a small gated community dog trails everywhere. I take Promise everywhere I go! I strongly believe that ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) can only enhance a puppy's ability to handle new situations as they grow and move to their new home.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Penny

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

About Promise
Promise is precious. She is registered AKC and never misses an opportunity to HUG! She loves her baby dolls and carries them around with her all of the time:) She has been the most attentive mother and has easily shared her babies with all who have come to visit. She scored a Fair on hips and elbows with OFA. She has been DNA tested and cleared all categories.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Penny and her pups were INCREDIBLE! She bred her sweet mama, Promise, and you can really just tell how much time and dedication all these puppies received. Penny was so patient with me picking out my little guy Goose and was always available for questions and recommendations. I felt so comfortable knowing I was getting a new lifelong friend who was cared for so much from the start! Penny was awesome and sent videos and photos of Goose and continued to check in with me after taking him home. The work she put into exposing the litter to sounds and other enriching experiences really shows- Goose was praised at his first vet appointment for how chill and relaxed he handled EVERYTHING. I truly think Penny’s early exposure to noises, textures, etc. set us up for success. I feel so lucky to have gotten the little guy I have, he’s truly incredible and I thank you so so much Penny for trusting me with him!

My experience with Penny from PSI Love You Goldens and good dog.com was excellent, and we now have our new golden retriever puppy. The website put me in direct contact with the breeder, Penny, and afterwards, we communicated directly. Penny sent me regular photo and video updates so I was able to see the pup almost daily until it was ready to come home. She was just lovely to deal with and I hope to remain friends with her.
