I'm Barbara D., the breeder behind Puppies found their new homes. Thank you, Barb located in Glenside, PA. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities. Thank you everyone, all the puppies have been placed in their forever homes. Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with the breed when we had our first golden retriever. I started reading about Goldens and the more I learned I knew some day I wanted become a breeder. I have a mentor that has been my support for 10 years. I have 2 Goldens, Marley is the dam of the litter. I have worked very closely with a vet to specializes in breeding.
What makes your program special?
I will to provide puppies with the best physical care and socialization. We are registered AKC the whole litter. I will ask a lot of questions about you and your family to make sure you are a good fit for my puppy. Puppies will stay with me until they are 8 weeks or longer if needed, 10 weeks. It is important to find the a loving home and capable of caring for the puppy. There will be a questionnaire and contract.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Barbara

Barbara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Barbara partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take great care and placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they're old enough for us to evaluate their temper and personalities typically around seven to 8 weeks. Sometimes the puppies may need one extra week we will evaluate that as we get closer. ”

About Cassie
Cassie is five years old this is her first litter. She has her AKC good citizens. Cassie is gentle natured and loves playing touch in the yard. Her favorite thing is getting belly rubs from my friends. She is a KC registered with all recommended health clearances including OFA certified hips. She loves company of all ages. She is such a delight. Her mom Marley will be going on nine and we have her with us. So it's kind of nice to see the generations the grandmom the mom and the babies together.

Marley is a female Golden Retriever. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Barbara decided to make her part of their program. Barbara has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
