I'm Iliana G., the breeder behind Pyper Bernedoodles SATX located in San Antonio, TX. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our leading lady, Pyper, is a lovable and intelligent Bernedoodle recently bred with an AKC-certified red poodle – combining temperament, genetics, and beauty to bring you your future best friend. When we got Pyper we knew she was special. With her intelligence and genetic makeup we knew we would offer thoughtfully bred designer Bernedoodles.

  • What makes your program special?

    At Pyper Bernedoodles SATX, we’re more than just breeders — we’re devoted to raising exceptional family companions with love, science, and integrity. Every pup is home-raised, genetically tested, and socialized from day one. Our focus? Healthy, happy Bernedoodles with beauty, brains, and the best temperament who get individualized attention and care from birth to rehoming.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include mini, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Iliana

Iliana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $2,250 - $4,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Your puppy receives a health exam by our trusted veterinarian. Puppies go home with core vaccines, deworming and parasite prevention a well as socialization, potty training, and crate introduction. This deposit secures your spot on our waitlist and goes toward the final purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter if needed.”

Contract & health guarantee

Iliana may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
