I'm Wendy P., the breeder behind Raven Oak's Mini Cockapoos and Mini Dachshunds located in Louisburg, NC. We offer very sweet and smart puppies. We make sure they are healthy and well cared for. Our dogs are our pets first. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament. We make sure the puppies are well socialized. We are dedicated to providing our families with a sweet, smart, healthy, well rounded puppy.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We just love our furry friends so much and want to share that love with others. We want to provide potential buyers the best chance for adding a happy, healthy member to prospective family because they, too, care for their dogs like family. We strive to bring very healthy, well-adjusted puppies into the world and to make sure they find to warm and caring homes.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of our puppies are born and raised in our home with us. They are well socialized with people, other animals, and all of the house noises. They are handled daily and loved on all the time.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Dachshund puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Dachshund puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cockapoo puppies include merle, sable, red, buff, buff and white, brown white and tan, brown and white, brown and tan, brown, black white and tan, black and white, black and tan, black, red and white, and sable and white. Dachshund puppies include piebald, red, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Wendy

Wendy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Wendy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 deposit and between $1,200 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes 1st vaccine, multiple de-worms, dewclaws removed, 1 year genetic health guarantee, registration, sample bag of dog food, a toy, and leash and collar. Early socialization. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.”

Wendy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
