Q. & A. with Liza
Why did you start breeding?
We have been around dogs and puppies our entire lives. We started breeding Goldendoodles after owning Golden Retrievers for many years. We wanted a healthier, lower-shedding dog. We started breeding purebred Poodles after owning Goldendoodles, and have never looked back!
What makes your program special?

What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, chocolate, black, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Wim, mom
Poodle
About Wim
https://bit.ly/wimberley-poodle
Wimberley, or "Wim," is a brindle AKC Registered purebred Standard Poodle. She was born March 12th, 2023. Her mother is a purebred Standard Poodle owned by Rebecca Creek Retrievers, and her sire is Roady, a purebred Standard Poodle owned by owned by Rebecca Creek Retrievers. Wim was born in our home and raised by us.
Wimberley is such a classic example of the Standard Poodle breed, just like her mom and dad are. She is playful, witty, and uber-smart. She is very athletic and loves to retrieve. She has a great nose and can track scents with ease. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle, but has an independent side, too.
Wim stands at 24 inches tall at the withers (the top of the shoulder) and weighs 40 pounds. Her structure is that of a typical Standard Poodle. She is square, with long legs and a thin build. Her coat is tight curls and non shedding.
Wim lives with Liza and Junior, the owners of Rebecca Creek Retrievers. She will be available for rehoming when she retires from breeding. We will choose her home carefully, and well in advance of her retirement. We anticipate her retirement to be between 2028-2029. She will be spayed before leaving our custody.
Our retired breeding dogs who are not living in permanent Guardian Homes are available to approved homes at a fair price. Our retired dogs are not cheap or free. They are health tested, house trained, family raised, obedience trained dogs with sound temperaments. Contact us for more information.
Duke, dad
Goldendoodle
About Duke
https://bit.ly/duke-goldendoodle-stud
Duke is a black English Goldendoodle. He was born on October 30th, 2018. His mother is a purebred Standard Poodle and his sire is a purebred English Golden Retriever. Duke came to us from Bear Lake Bearded Retrievers in Utah as an 8-week-old pup. We had the opportunity to work with an excellent fellow breeder and waited for over a year to select him as a breeding prospect for our program.
Duke entered his permanent Guardian Home shortly after we brought him to Texas as a young pup. Duke was trained as a service dog for his owner's young daughter with disabilities. He has excelled at this job, even as a stud. He has wonderful manners, yet remains playful when appropriate. He is very loyal and loving, and consistently passes on his gentle and witty temperament on to all of his pups.
Duke stands at 22 inches tall at the withers (the top of the shoulder) and weighs 55 pounds. He has a shorter, stockier build and often passes his wonderful dense bone structure on to his pups. His coat is wavy and low shedding.
Duke lives in a permanent Guardian Home in San Antonio, Texas. Duke will not be available for rehoming when he retires from breeding. He will live out his retirement as a beloved pet in his Guardian home.
