I'm Devon D., the breeder behind Red Pine Poodles located in Union Grove, WI. Our goal is to better the breed every step of the way through their temperament, structure and health testing. Our dogs are loving family pets and who can double as sport companions for those who are just starting in sports out or seasoned owners.
Q. & A. with Devon
Why did you start breeding?
I started grooming for a breeder and fell in love with her program. She was more than happy to answer my questions, further fuel my passion I already had for the breed and help me go the right direction for starting the foundation of my very own program.
What makes your program special?
I have an active house - 3 kids keeps me busy but one thing we all love is working with our dogs. Dog sports has given our family something to work with and bond together. Having a dog with the capability and drive to be a family couch cuddle potato to running gracefully over jumps in an agility course is something I think any dog family should have the pleasure of owning.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Rory
Roaring Inferno of the Maples - " Rory "
Has transfered ownership and join our family March of 2023
Rory is a very playful and biddable boy. He is 29in at the wither and 55lbs. He has energy to run and go on errands for hours, but can still be the best couch potato to cuddle with at the end of the day. He is very willing to learn new things and is my own personal mobility SD. His goal is to start doing dog sports like agility, dock diving and rally/obedience to add titles behind his name.
Rory has his CHIC ( canine health information center certificate from OFA). We have PennHip results RDI=.37, LDI=.35. He does not carry for Von Willebrand’s, is free of inheritable eye disease, clear for PRCD, tested normal for Neonatal Encephalopathy and Degenerative Myelopathy and has no evidence of Congenital Cardiac Disease. Rory has also participated in Dog genetic Diversity Testing through UC Davis University. His 10 generation COI is 7.2.
He is available for stud to approved dams
