Meet the breeder

I'm Mariah G., the breeder behind Reddy Poodles & Doodles located in Elizabethtown, KY. We solely concentrate on micro, petite, and miniature doodles. By giving you the personality that works great in a family setting and the size that works great in your daily life. All of our puppies are raised in a family setting. None of our dogs are ever kenneled and that is what set's us apart.

Q. & A. with Mariah

  • Why did you start breeding?

My family has always been home to a poodle. Poodles are smart, loyal, and great family pets. They have desirable traits like not shedding and are beautiful in the show ring. The golden retriever is also a well known family dog. They are smart, athletic, and have a great demeanor. The cross was a "no brainer" for me. They are amazing dogs, bringing joy and light to our lives, so why not share?!
  • What makes your program special?

Our breeding starts at our parents and not our puppies. Our parents are groomed regularly, they are fed a high quality diet, kept up to date on heart-guard, flea/tick medication, and live in home with us. They are genetic tested for optimal health and to pass on the correct coat traits. They are health tested through OFA to avoid any joint issues. We pair each male and female to better the breed.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Labradoodle puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, black, phantom, and parti. Labradoodle puppies include chocolate, black, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

We got our mini goldendoodle from Mariah and we couldn’t be happier! He has the perfect temperament: calm, sweet, and affectionate, with just the right amount of playful puppy energy. It’s clear that Mariah breeds her dogs ethically and with so much care. If we ever decide to get another goldendoodle, she’ll be the first person we go to. Highly recommend! Thank you so so so much Mariah!

Mariah was wonderful to work with and we truly love our puppy! She clearly did a lot of work with the puppies even before we got them because ours is almost potty trained in less than 2 weeks. We love him!

Mariah was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to all of our questions. Our puppy has been with us for a month now. He is happy, healthy and growing like a weed. Mariah obviously spent time working with her puppies because he already recognized the need to “potty outside” at a mere 9 weeks which was a huge help in our potty training efforts.

Mariah was super responsive and easy to work with. It was easy to see that the parents and puppies are part of her family. My Diego is loving, outgoing, and joyful. I would adopt from Mariah again, without a doubt.

Reddy Poodles & Doodles is the absolute best!! I have gotten both of my dogs from them & I wouldn’t do it any other way!! From getting my husband & I’s first ever dog together from them to later adding a sibling to our first, they were beyond knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated to what they do daily. She answered all of my silly first puppy questions with patience, kindness, and reassurance and continued to be helpful all the way through the process. Our dogs were both so well behaved because of all of the training/exposure they had done with their pups at the start of their life. It was so easy to transition the pups to our home in Tennessee and now in Missouri with their accessibility and willingness to work with you & your location. I can’t imagine getting my pups from anyone else and our two furry friends are the biggest part of our family!
