I'm Anastasia M., the breeder behind Redheaded Retrievers located in Centertown, MO. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. We are home-based breeders dedicated to bringing healthy, loving, and high-quality Golden Retrievers into the homes and hearts of their forever families. We love our dogs and are passionate about raising our puppies to be the best family companions.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding due to an accidental litter I took on. I raised them and after they were gone, I longed to do it again but this time provide people with well bred puppies that were raised with love, and that were healthy from healthy proven parents.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are dark golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Anastasia
Anastasia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This price includes, akc papers (limited/full) , two year health guarantee/contract, 30 days of free insurance through trupanion, information on nuvet supplements, and go home items. This is a down payment. If you choose to not purchase a puppy I do not refund you.”
Contract & health guarantee
Anastasia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
