I'm Rebecca A., the breeder behind Regal Pups located in Highlands Ranch, CO. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded French Bulldog puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! We give our dogs the best lives possible. We are looking for families and individuals that will provide our puppies with the same level of love and care.
Q. & A. with Rebecca
Why did you start breeding?
Our breeding journey began with Miss Addison, our Piebald French Bulldog. I consider myself very lucky in finding her. She is such a beautiful, healthy, and fun little princess!
What started as a passive hobby quickly turned into a full time passion! Little did I know, everything required to ethically and responsibly breed these amazing pups. After extensive research, reaching out to other reputable breeders, speaking with well known reproduction specialists, and scouring the internet, I came to the realization that I had a responsibility to this amazing breed. The health and lifetime welfare of the pups, that leave our home, is my number one priority.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle, black and white, blue, and blue fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Regal Pups reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for French Bulldogs.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Spine (OFA, FCI)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
