Cindy, was wonderful. Very helpful and responsive. She was always willing to let me come visit the puppy before she came home with me. She does a great job handling the puppies and getting them started potty training. I will definitely be going back for another puppy.

From the very first message, Cindy made us feel like family. Her warmth and kindness shone through every interaction. She didn’t just communicate—she guided us with thoughtful tips to prepare for Gilgy’s arrival, from what essentials to have ready to how to make his transition smooth and comforting. Those little details made such a big difference and showed how much she truly cares about her puppies and the families they join. One of the most special parts of this journey was the updates. Cindy sent us the most beautiful pictures of Gilgy as he grew—each one capturing his personality and making us fall in love even before we met him. Every photo and message built excitement and reassured us that he was thriving in a loving environment. When we visited her home, it was clear that love lives there. The puppies were happy and healthy, and Patrick and Ellie, the incredible parents, were a joy to see. Cindy opened her doors and her heart, and you could feel the care and devotion in every corner. Now that Gilgy is home, we are completely smitten. He has stolen our hearts and filled our lives with joy. We are so grateful to Cindy and Rhone River Farms for giving us not just a puppy, but a beautiful experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her puppies and their families, Cindy is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Cindy was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I very much enjoyed her regular updates with puppy pics. She keeps a clean, comfortable place for her dogs with plenty of toys. Our dog has been a perfect fit for our family (two adults, two little boys). Added bonus, the trip from our place (central Maryland) to Cindy's makes for a nice weekend drive with a couple cool little coffee places along the way.

Cindy was hands down the most responsible and knowledgeable breeder that I’ve met. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into the puppies. When we went to visit we could tell that they grow up in a loving home, and the puppies are that much better for it. My pup even knew her name when she came home! We could not be happier with our sweet girl. Thank you a million to Cindy for making this the easiest process!

We found Cindy through a Corgi event, just when we were starting to look for another corgi after losing our Lana to cancer a few years ago. Cindy was excellent in offering us just the puppy we were looking for, including screening her ancestry for cancer and auto-immune disease. That would have been enough, but she went way 'above and beyond'. We got frequent photos and videos of our puppy during her first few weeks. Plus, as the smallest of 14 puppies (2 litters 10 days apart), she got extra attention from both Cindy and her husband. We got an early 'socialization' visit with our puppy which really cemented our attachment. On pickup day, Cindy took extra time to go through all the records and to take us through our next steps. Finally, Cindy is following up on all the dogs from these litters to ensure they are all doing OK. She welcomes the feedback. Overall, a really great experience!!!
