I'm Kevin E., the breeder behind Ridgeline Springer Spaniels located in Fruitland, ID. We love our dogs and our role as breeders, and we strive to make each of our puppies a great contribution to its forever home. Our goal is to produce well-rounded, healthy dogs and place them in sportsman homes where they will be hunting companions. Our dogs are bred for their abilities and thrive in the field.

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for English Springer Spaniels to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine!What makes your program special?
We focus on breeding dogs that have enough drive and ability to keep up with our lifestyle, but also have amazing temperaments and can quickly adapt to a calm family setting. We are passionate about English Springer Spaniels, and our love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of our breeding program.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Make is an outstanding certified hunter and working dog. She has an amazing nose and hunting drive for both upland birds and waterfowl. All that aside, she is also an awesome family dog and companion. She loves keeping your feet warm when sitting next to you in the house and long rides in the truck. Great with kids and other dogs aswell.

Sadie is a female English Springer Spaniel. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Kevin decided to make her part of their program. Kevin has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
