I'm Harvey M., the breeder behind Rising Minis of Upland located in Upland, CA. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

    Our puppies include salt and pepper and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Harvey

Harvey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Harvey partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes AKC registration, Pedigree, deworming, vaccination, vet exam, and microchip. Deposits are non-refundable for a born puppy. It is fully refundable for an unborn puppy.”

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Dalmatian Type, 2,8-Dihydroxyadenine (2,8-DHA) Urolithiasis, Adult Onset Neuropathy (AON), Myotonia Congenita, Schnauzer Type, Persistent Müllerian Duct Syndrome

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
