I'm Jessica J., the breeder behind River City Frenchies located in Irmo, SC. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! We started breeding with the simple mission to breed healthy, happy, breed standard dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to find them the perfect future homes.

What makes your program special?
Every breeding is carefully planned with specific goals in mind. Our primary goal is health which is why we take testing a priority. While we consider everyone’s preferences, we reserve the right to choose the best fit for each puppy based on our evaluation. Our puppies are ready to join their new homes between 8-10 weeks of age, as we prioritize their critical socialization period.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Jessica
Jessica has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

About Izzy
Meet Izzy the lilac fremchie! A beautiful blue with tan points carrying pied, masked and cocoa genes. Izzy is 3 years old and has the sweetest, kindest personality — she loves everyone she meets. She’s a great breather and enjoys chasing the ball with her friends. Izzy also has beautiful bone and substance, a lovely head, a balanced topline, cute upright ears, and tight little feet that make her extra adorable.
