I'm Ashleigh D., the breeder behind River's Edge Labradoodles located in Hermiston, OR. My life revolves around my dogs and meeting their needs both socially and medically. I strive to bring you the healthiest, most well-rounded puppies. I am very proud to be breeding these incredible dogs. It is important to me that I am breeding versatile, well-rounded, socialized, and healthy pups for my buyers to welcome into their homes and hearts.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for Australian Labradoodles inspired me to share this amazing breed with the world in a responsible way. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others. It has been an absolute joy of a journey and I'm blessed to do what I do.
  • What makes your program special?

    I care about the Australian Labradoodle breed and do everything in my power to breed sound dogs to ensure healthy and happy puppies. My puppies’ health and wellbeing are my main priorities. I devote my time, energy, and efforts to each litter to ensure our puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born and prepared to excel in their forever homes.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), GenSol Diagnostics DNA Testing, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
