I'm Robin A., the breeder behind Robinsnest Poodles located in Sacramento, CA. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! While our goal is to share loving puppies with families, we are still a selective program. We only breed when we’re sure we can produce the healthiest and best example of the breed possible.

    I absolutely love poodles and decided that is would be an exciting experience to share my joy with others.

    My poodles are loved and cherished by all of our family members.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include moyen and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include apricot, black, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Robin

Robin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Robin partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take great care in making sure puppies are matched with the right families. Buyers are interviewed and dogs chosen in the order requested and secured at that time with a deposit. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes CKC registration abilities, micro chipping, initial vaccinations, a health guarantee, and a puppy kit. Puppies are priced according to the color/sex. All puppies are between 2000.00 and 2500.00. Deposits are meant to hold a dog and to keep the dog safe from purchase of other buyers. Dogs must be retrieved within two weeks of a deposit or until the puppies are at least eight weeks old.”

Contract & health guarantee

Robin may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Oh my goodness ! This was overall the greatest experience ever, Robin was my first time breeder and it was so wonderful to work with her. She answered so many questions for me, after asking her 100 questions making sure I had everything ready for Blue she made me feel secure with him coming home. She kept me up to date with weekend pictures, and pictures I secretly asked for during the week cause I was so excited seeing Blue go through his (little-bigger puppy stages) I couldn’t wait any longer!     We had a wonderful experience with our breeder and are absolutely in love with our mid-sized poodle, Freyja! From the beginning, she was responsive, flexible, and clearly dedicated to her dogs. She kept us updated throughout the process with lots of photos and videos, answered all of our questions, and took the time to interview us as well, which gave us confidence that she is a responsible and reputable breeder. We appreciated being able to meet Freyja, her mom, and her dad before bringing her home. Since we live four hours away, it was incredibly helpful that she met us halfway for pickup. Most importantly, Freyja has the sweetest temperament. She is calm, affectionate, and has adjusted beautifully to our family. It was clear that she was well-socialized and thoughtfully cared for—she was already comfortable with clippers and having her ears and paws handled. We are so happy with our new family member and highly recommend this breeder!
