I'm Lisa D., the breeder behind Rock Creek Royal Poodles located in Shattuck, OK. We raise our Poodles on our family farm. Our Poodles are free to run and play on our 3 acre home place. Our Poodles are bred to be working, well built, athletic large Poodles. All adults are DNA health, genetic and color tested through Embarkvet. Puppies will go home with proper vaccines and a health check from our vet.

Why did you start breeding?
Our oldest son purchased the most beautiful Australian Shepherd I have ever seen. I fell in love with this sweet girl and found myself kind of taking her for my own. We knew our empty nest was coming just around the corner. My husband suggested that we purchase a puppy for me. I loved the idea. He suggested that I look into Poodles. I found some with the teddy bear cut and immediately fell in love. We decided a smaller dog would not be in our best interest with living on a farm so I started searching for my new best friend. I found a place in Oklahoma that actually had a litter of the royal size Poodles, and the red color I was searching for. We put down a deposit and picked up our Cassie on October 24, 2018.What makes your program special?
We take pride in choosing the parents of our Poodles wisely to build athletic built, large Poodles. Our Poodles should weigh over 60 pounds and be at least 28 inches tall from the floor to the top of their shoulders. If you fill out an application, expect me to call you as soon as I receive it. Please only feel out an application if you are truly interested in one of our poodles.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, brown, cream, red, silver-beige, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Lisa
Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“This price includes vaccines from our vet as well as a health certificate. The tails will be docked and dew claws removed. You will receive a copy of the puppies daily records, a copy of the parents Embark Certificate and pictures. This price does not include breeding rights. Cassie and Max are both AKC and CKC registered. You will receive registration on your puppy from AKC. CKC will be available upon request. I do not take deposits until the puppies are born. My deposits are $500.00/puppy purchased. Pick of the litter will be in the order I receive deposits. I do have the right to first and second pick of the litter if I so choose. If you pay for full breeding rights. I will ask you to pay half of the cost in a non-refundable deposit. As soon as I receive an application from you, I will call to verify. Litter update on 28 Aug 2025 •…Last week was a big week for the puppies. We moved to the poodje palace, ate dog food, got our first bath, had our first car ride to the vet, and got our vaccines (from the vet). We also started night time crate training. We are growing fast and our personalities are shining. This is such a sweet, smart litter of large purebred red poodles.

Litter update on 26 June 2025 •…The puppies are all thriving. They are so smart. We are doing well on our night time crate training. We love all the snuggles we can get. We all got a clear bill of health at our first vet visit while getting our first round of vaccines.

Max is a big 75-80 male, AKC registered standard poodle. He is a big lap dog. He really doesn’t know personal space. He just wants to be near his humans and show them all the love he can. He started out as a brown poodle but has changed to a beautiful silver beige. He does have green eyes. Like all poodles, he is very intelligent.
