I'm Amanda V., the breeder behind Rocket City Huskies located in Madison, AL. I'm an Aerospace Engineer and I raise healthy, socialized Husky pups with love and care. Vet-checked, vaccinated, and raised in-home with mom and dad. I’m committed to ethical breeding and lifelong support for each pup and family.

Why did you start breeding?
Growing up with one, I quickly fell in love with the breed's intelligence, spirit, and loyalty. It's been a lifelong dream of mine to raise my own and responsibly breed high-quality puppies with exceptional temperaments. I take great pride in creating a nurturing environment where each pup is loved, understood, and set up to thrive in their future homes.What makes your program special?
What sets me apart is how hands-on and intentional I am throughout every step of the process. All of my puppies are raised inside my home, with both mom and dad on-site. From day one, they’re loved, handled daily, and introduced to the sights, sounds, and routines of family life—including other pets, children, and everyday household noises. They're intentionally set up to thrive!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brown and white and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Meet Apollo – our gentle giant with a big personality! He’s incredibly sweet, talkative, and always ready to “chat” with you. Apollo loves his snacks, walks, and car rides. Above all, he lives for Nova, our female Husky. Loyal and loving, he’s certainly "Mister Steal Your Heart"!

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
