I'm Judy R., the breeder behind Rocking 2R Kennel located in Comanche, OK. We have been breeding Miniature Australian and American Shepherds for over 25 years. Our puppies get a loving start right in our home before they leave for their new families. We offer a companion and working combination dog that is good with livestock and also good for indoors. We breed top-quality dogs.
Q. & A. with Judy
Why did you start breeding?
My mother was a farm girl and loved all kinds of animals. She allowed me to have any kind of animal I wanted, but my favorite was always dogs. I got my Dog Breeding 101 Course as a 10-year-old girl and the rest is history.
What makes your program special?
I give my puppies constant love and attention as they are raised in our home and have access to a doggie door that leads to their outdoor pen. They are on their way to being potty trained and are well-rounded and very lovable before they leave for their new home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Miniature American Shepherd puppies include black, red merle, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
