Q. & A. with Tammie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Working in healthcare for over 35 years, I am passionate about educating and informing dog lovers about the vigilance of health testing and the benefits of crossbreeding. I have seen some dismal scenarios in dog breeding over the years, which energizes me to promote and raise programs geared towards the health and the well-being of our four-legged friends.
  • What makes your program special?

My love for dogs spills over into every aspect of my life, and I have helped several of my friends and co-workers start breeding programs. Maintaining stable and healthy lines is my utmost concern, and I feel smaller breeding programs with family raised dogs, create better quality offspring. Our breeding dogs reside with us, or are situated in loving guardian homes in the surrounding area.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include tiny, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
