I'm Denise R., the breeder behind Rocky Mountain Springer Spaniels located in Cheyenne, WY. English Springers are even-tempered, gentle, friendly, and sociable dogs that make great family companions, hunting and service dogs. Intelligent, skillful, willing, obedient, and quick-to-learn, these dogs are hard to beat!
Because ESS are bred as a sport dog (bird hunting) they are higher energy and require a home setting with a fenced back yard at a minimum. They also require a commitment to daily exercise and some off leash time.
Q. & A. with Denise
What makes your program special?
One thing I have learned is that diet and exercise are crucial to excellent health. I feed a raw diet to my breeding dogs and grain free to the pups. I fully recommend following this veterinarian's advice to maintain the health of your new pup. I do all I can here to ensure the health of my puppies. My puppies are well started towards being house broken and are crate trained for you.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and liver, red and white, white and black, liver white and tan, black white and tan, liver and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
