Q. & A. with Amanda
Why did you start breeding?
I have owned and shown other breeds but when my first Ridgeback arrived in December 1990, I was hooked. It is my passion to breed these incredible dogs and help ensure the future of the Rhodesian Ridgeback. My Co-breeder, Mandy Foster, is located in Lebanon, Va, and we partner to exhibit and raise our ridgebacks. We have litters in both locations (our homes.)
What makes your program special?
I truly love the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed and am dedicated to looking out for the breed as a whole. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
