Meet the breeder

I'm Bryan S., the breeder behind Rose canyon doodles located in Herriman, UT. Originally from Australia, we moved to Utah and have been breeding puppies for over 25 years. We love our dogs and their puppies, and breeding is our passion. We have bred many different breeds over the years but we fell in love with the Mini Goldendoodle due to their great personalities, intelligence, beautiful looks and their low-shed low-allergen qualities. Then we found the Mini Bernedoodle!! We are a small breeder and our litters are in high demand due to the perfect characteristic matching of the Moms and Dads, top-quality care, health testing, as well as a loving, clean home environment we provide to our puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We moved to Washington state where our friends introduced us to their family pet - Goldendoodle. We were impressed with their Goldendoodle's friendly happy calm demeanor and ability to learn tricks and instructions quickly. It was the moment we knew we wanted to get into breeding .

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini and medium sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Bryan

Bryan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Bryan partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take care to match each puppy with the right family. We will evaluate temperament at around 4-5 weeks.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,200 - $4,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“In addition, your puppy will come with the following: 2 year Health Guarantee Puppy toy with Mom's scent Sample bag of puppy food Vet puppy health checks Puppy first shots and bi-weekly de-wormings Puppy vaccination records Lifetime support. Deposits are transferable to another litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Bryan and Julie at Rose Canyon Doodles are amazing ^_^ They worked with me to show me on video what my new puppy is like and worked out the arrangements to meet up to get her from out of state. It went so smoothly, my new baby is the sweetest girl, good manners and already on her way to be easily trained! I honestly am so pleased, not a thing went wrong... now im just worn out from puppy energy haha! I would highly suggest them if you are looking for puppies, and if they need a reference they have my number!
