I'm Bryan and Julie S., the breeder behind Rose Canyon Doodles located in Herriman, UT. Rose Canyon Doodles raises exceptional Mini Goldendoodle and Mini Bernedoodle puppies in Utah. Our puppies are family-raised using Puppy Culture, with early training and socialization from birth. We carefully select our parents for health, temperament, intelligence, and beautiful structure.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After moving to Washington, friends introduced us to their Goldendoodle, and we fell in love with their temperament, intelligence, and beauty. We were also drawn to the potential benefits of thoughtfully crossing health-tested breeds with Poodles. That inspired our mission: to raise the healthiest, happiest, and most beautiful puppies possible.

  • What makes your program special?

    Every Rose Canyon puppy is raised using Puppy Culture, with intentional socialization, early training, and enrichment from birth to help build confident, well-rounded family companions. Each puppy also goes home with a thoughtfully prepared puppy kit, giving our families the tools, essentials, and support they need for a successful start together.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include mini and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Bryan and Julie

Bryan and Julie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Bryan and Julie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We use your application to learn about your family, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy. After 4–5 weeks, we evaluate each puppy’s temperament and personality to help guide you toward the puppy we believe will be the best fit for your family. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a specific puppy. The remaining $2,000 - $4,000 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Bryan and Julie at Rose Canyon Doodles are amazing ^_^ They worked with me to show me on video what my new puppy is like and worked out the arrangements to meet up to get her from out of state. It went so smoothly, my new baby is the sweetest girl, good manners and already on her way to be easily trained! I honestly am so pleased, not a thing went wrong... now im just worn out from puppy energy haha! I would highly suggest them if you are looking for puppies, and if they need a reference they have my number!
