Yvette F.

Breeder of Great Danes

Meet the breeder

I'm Yvette F., the breeder behind RoseCity Great Danes 🌹 located in Portland, OR. My program is built upon a foundation of love, admiration, and respect for the breed. I'm an in-home breeder. I've had Great Danes for 30 years, and I absolutely adore them! For the past 10 years, I have been active in dog shows. My dogs are bred for health. I am dedicated to providing other families with wonderful, happy, and healthy family pets.

Q. & A. with Yvette

  • Why did you start breeding?

Once I started showing the breed, I found that I loved how healthy they are and can be with health testing. My priority has always been quality over quantity, and I only produce a litter when I want a puppy back into my household.
  • What makes your program special?

I ensure all my dogs are health tested and excellent representations of the breed standard prior to breeding them. They will be hand-raised in my home with lots of socialization. I am passionate about my program and look forward to connecting with you!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include fawn, harlequin, mantle, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
