I'm Michele D., the breeder behind Rosie’s Tribe located in Star, ID. One of the most exciting things of having puppies is finding their forever homes. All of our pups are well socialized, sleep through the night, and have some of the sweetest personalities.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I researched the breed I really wanted to have and then I found some mentors to help me out. I know that I grew up doing it, but doing it on my own is very different than doing it with my parents.

  • What makes your program special?

    We do it as a family. Every single one of my kids and my husband and myself I’ll put effort into loving and caring for these puppies. We do our best to get them fully ready to go home to their forever families.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Michele

Michele has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Michele partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We do our best to match up families with puppies as I hear about the families’s desires. We also taken him to consideration the temperament of puppies and hopefully steer them in the right direction.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes first vaccination and deworming. It also includes that they’ve been trained from the very beginning. They will be very close to fully potty trained and kennel trained as well. This deposit holds your dog until you have picked one or the one that you have picked it reserves it. You pay the rest of the Puppy the day you pick it up.”

Contract & health guarantee

Michele may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
