I'm Maureen T., the breeder behind Route 66 Poodles & Doodles, Sapphire Shih-tzu's of Ohio located in Delphos, OH. We're a family that provides well-socialized and loved pups from our home to yours. We're Northwest Ohio's Family Breeder of choice! We are dedicated to producing quality, healthy puppies. All parents are thoroughly examined by our veterinarian before each breeding. We nourish with TLC all Stages kibble for the best nutrition. Each of our dams and sires have been genetically tested through Embark. Our large breed are OFA CERTIFIED Hips/Elbows/Cardiac. We would be honored to connect you with your next beloved pup!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    As a child, my parents raised puppies, so I started loving pups at a very young age. My dogs have brought me so much joy and happiness that I wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality pups and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families.

  • What makes your program special?

    My puppies are family members first and foremost. They are constantly with our family, in our home, and loved so much. I do not and will never raise my dogs in cages. I also love the rare color of coats. I try to achieve very unique pups. I love spoiling and pampering my dogs, and hope that my puppies' new homes will love and cherish them just as much as I do!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Shihpoo puppies include tiny and mini sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cockapoo puppies include merle, brown, red and white, and red. Bernedoodle puppies include black and white, tri-color, and phantom. Shihpoo puppies include merle, brown, black, blue and white, liver, brindle, and black gold and white. Shih Tzu puppies include sable, chocolate, black, liver, blue, and blue and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Maureen

Maureen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Also included are a Vet Exam, Bi-weekly Deworming, a Fecal Screen, Dewclaw Removal (Large Breed), 2-year Genetic Health Guarantee, 30 Day ER Vet Insurance, and Go Home Kit. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer, however we assist to ensure your puppy arrives safely. Bernedoodles are OFA Certified Hips and Elbows. Prices vary based upon registration, color, and sex. Final cash payments are due upon pick-up of your puppy. If a Flight Nanny is being utilized, puppy must be paid in full 7 days prior to departure.”
