Meet the breeder

I'm K. Morgan S., the breeder behind Saddle Rock Kennels located in Yakima County, WA. My dogs and puppies are lovingly raised in my home as part of my family so that I can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours! My priority is quality over quantity and my puppies are placed in loving homes that I have reviewed carefully and remain in lifetime contact with. We are a closed kennel that does not accept visitors for safety of our current and future litters.

Q. & A. with K. Morgan

  • Why did you start breeding?

Back in the day, I bred one litter of German Shepherd puppies and I absolutely loved being able to watch them grow up and see the happiness they gave their families. I learned a lot since that litter, and since then I have began my life with Golden Retrievers & JRTs 🥰!
  • What makes your program special?

I aim for well-minded Goldens that have the potential to become worthy service/therapy/working dogs. I am dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, socializing, and training my pups. I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, and cuteness and love is guaranteed.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Golden Retriever puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Jack Russell Terrier puppies include tri-color, black and white, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
