I'm Stefanie E., the breeder behind Salty Point Doodles located in Ogden, UT. We understand the responsibility of purposefully breeding in order to do better for the breed and the families that love them! Our dogs are a part of our family and we strive to give them the best lives possible. We are looking for families and individuals that will provide our puppies with the same level of love and care. When you take a puppy home each one takes a tiny part of our heart with it.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We were a guardian home for our first Bernedoodle and were given the opportunity to raise the puppies in our home. I absolutely fell in love with the breed and found I really enjoyed working with the puppies and helping them develop the skills they need to be successful loving pets for their families. We now own three females of our own and will soon bring on a male of our own.

  • What makes your program special?

    We have unfortunately been on the heartbreaking side of pets from breeders that had genetic health issues. Clean and clear genetics is an absolute priority to us. We give our puppies the love and care they deserve along with our best efforts to ensure a long happy and healthy life.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include mini and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brown and white, brown, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I was specifically looking for a Bernedoodle and found Salty Point Doodles via the Good Dog. I immediately zoned in on one of the puppies but was hesitant on purchasing a puppy site unseen and a state away. I was very particular and wanted detailed information on the parents, health information and daily updates on the pup. Stephanie was very responsive and provided timely feedback. I also requested several videos of the pup's interactions with both Mom and his litter mates. When it came to pick up the pup, we agreed on a mid way point and all went smoothly.
