I'm Jacob M., the breeder behind San Diego Corgi Haven located in La Mesa, CA. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of this breed with other individuals and families!

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up breeding Jack Russel Terriers and then Australian Shepherds. Our family has always provided top-tier puppies to the San Diego region and beyond!
What makes your program special?
Each of our puppies is well loved by our family, our children homeschool and spend their time doing schooling and loving on all of our family animals.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are black and tan. American Corgi puppies include black and tan and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jacob
Jacob has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $400 refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $2,350 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes Registration documents, up to date vaccinations, puppy pack , one year health guarantee, and other helpful items. Deposit is refundable once deposited puppy is reserved by a new family.”

health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
