I'm Deborah B., the breeder behind Sanroc ESS located in Rochester, NY. I have owned English Springer Spaniels for over 60 years. All of my Springers are AKC recognized and participate in AKC events. My dogs are proven champions in the ring and in the hearts of their forever families. My goal is to produce a great representation of the English Springer Spaniel and to continue improving the line with each generation.

Why did you start breeding?
I strive to not only produce beautiful puppies but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the English Springer Spaniel will continue to thrive for generations to come. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and I am so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.
What makes your program special?
My dogs are bred to produce healthy, sound, and versatile pups. My ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs and look forward to connecting with you!

About Georgie
Georgie is a female English Springer Spaniel. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Deborah decided to make her part of their program. Deborah has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
