“1.1 Forfeiture of Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 holds the puppy you have chosen, until the puppy is ready to leave at eight (8-10) weeks of age. If you are interested in a puppy, please contact me as soon as possible. The puppy you are interested in will be held for up to three (3) days, until the sales contract and deposit are received. Should the deposit not be received within three (3) days, the puppy will be listed for sale again. If after the deposit is made on a puppy the balance due is left unpaid as of the projected pick up/sale date, this agreement shall be canceled at the seller’s option, and the buyer shall forfeit the monies given hereunder. If traveling by puppy nanny or Airline cargo, buyer is responsible for shipping fees. If the buyer is unable to continue with the purchase of the puppy, the seller and buyer will come to an agreement to determine if the buyer would like to apply their deposit toward a future puppy from another litter and be put on a waitlist. Acceptable payment methods include Venmo, cash, PayPal, or official bank check from a major bank.”
