I'm Emily N., the breeder behind Sass*A*Frass Papillons located in Peoria, IL. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! When we got our first Papillon, she totally stole my heart. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, loving & healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

Why did you start breeding?
I began raising Papillons to share the love of this wonderful breed so others can know the pure joy a Papillon will bring to their lives.What makes your program special?
My Paps are AKC registerable. My adult Papillons are tested for: PAP-PRA NAD CFV11 VWD1 My puppies are all raised in my home, underfoot, experiencing a household environment. Every puppy is vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed before heading for their new homes. Housebreaking introduced outdoors if weather permits.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and lemon, black brown and white, white and red, white and sable, and red white and sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
