I'm Chloe W., the breeder behind Scenic Hills Kennels located in Hurricane Mills, TN. Our dogs are bred with a main focus on health and temperament and also confirming to the breed standard. We are dedicated to breeding healthy dogs that will bring our families the utmost joy and happiness.

Why did you start breeding?
Me and my brother bought our first male Labrador retriever in 2015. We loved his calm good natured exposition and absolute friendliness with strangers so much that we bought a female and began breeding. It has become a much loved passion of mine.What makes your program special?
I focus on breeding healthy, well socialized puppies that will make excellent companions that also could excel in agility, etc . I'm a small in home breeder. Our dogs are part of the family! My main focus is breeding healthy dogs with excellent temperaments that confirm to the breed standard.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, red, and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Chloe
Chloe has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chloe partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
"The price includes the health guarantee, AKC registration, vaccines, deworming, and puppy socilization. Deposit for Toy Poodles is $400. It is refundable till 6 weeks of age."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), OFA/CHIC DNA Repository, DNA Profile, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
