I'm Krista S., the breeder behind Schaible Family Puppies located in Dornsife, PA. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! Our mission is to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to select their future homes with careful attention.

Why did you start breeding?
I began raising Cockapoos because I saw a need for responsible breeders within the Cockapoo breed and decided to fill the void. I began under the supervision of mentors and my vet and grew to be an independent reputable breeder!What makes your program special?
Our puppies are house raised, started on potty training, and born to health tested parents!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Poodle puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cockapoo puppies include cream and buff. Miniature Schnauzer puppies include white, salt and pepper, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Krista
Krista has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Krista partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“Raising puppies is a family endeavor that we have enjoyed for the past 7 years! It is rewarding to improve a breed as distinguished as the Miniature Schnauzer. When done properly raising Miniature Schnauzers is an investment of love, but it is also an expensive and time consuming commitment. Each of our parents have extensive genetic health testing to ensure that we are improving the breed's health with each generation. Our puppies go home up to date on shots and dewormer and vet checked. We offer 30 days of Free Pet Insurance (NY Residents Excluded) and a health guarantee! Our deposits are nonrefundable but transferrable to any other available puppy.”

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Nemo is perfect. Coordinating everything from first picking Nemo to delivery was flawless. Nemo was already crate trained for bedtime when I got him and very well socialized.
