I'm Rachel S., the breeder behind Scherrer Sweet Goldendoodles located in Decatur, TX. We do our best to socialize and acclimate each litter so we’re able to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities.

    Our puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, black, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Rachel

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Price includes first vaccinations, deworming, genetic testing and initial introduction to potty training. Puppies are raised in home and come very much loved and cared for. No deposit, no hold. We only take deposits for current litter."

Rachel may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
