We are a small, home-based Miniature Schnauzer family raising puppies with a strong focus on health, temperament, and early socialization. Each puppy is handled from birth and monitored closely to ensure they are thriving. Our goal is to give each puppy the best possible start.

Why did you start breeding?
My wife had a miniature schnauzer when we got together, he lived to be almost 17 and we adored him. Her Grandpa had bread miniature schnauzer in the 60's and she always wanted to follow in his footsteps. So we decided to commit and now we have our first litter!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Justin and Tamara were just great through this whole puppy adoption process. They were responsive, did video and voice calls, kept us updated, and asked us questions about kenneling, etc. In terms of puppy breeders, they prepare the puppies for adoptions way more than some in my prior experience. Also, I flew in from out of town and Justin and Tamara met me at the airport for an easy puppy handoff. They seriously made this a seamless and positive experience. Finally, this goes without saying, their puppies (including ours) are cute, healthy and very much schnauzery. We are in love with our expanded family already and are so happy we went with Schnauzers by the Lake.
