Why did you start breeding?
Our intense love for these gentle and intelligent animals is what inspired the start of Shady Creek Labradoodles. We put a great deal of time, attention, and effort into each litter we help bring into this world to ensure our puppies make perfect family pets! We enjoy this breed for its loving temperament, cuddly personality, and allergy-friendly coats. It is so fulfilling to have the opportunity to create years of companionship by matching our puppies with their new homes!
What makes your program special?
We are Orange County's premier breeder of quality Australian Labradoodle puppies. Our devotion to this breed inspires us to be careful about our breeding stock, and we only breed dogs with desirable health, temperament, and conformation. Our adults are extensively health tested according to the Gold Paw Standard of the Australian Labradoodle Association of America to ensure you a healthy and happy companion. We also offer lifetime breeder support for anyone who provides a forever home for one of our puppies!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel, red, apricot, chocolate, lavendar, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and $2,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
