I'm David P., the breeder behind Shepherdsfold’s Cockapoos located in Sheridan, MO. It is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate F1b Cockapoo puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. We are a small, in-home breeder and we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our Daughter Julie VanDerLinden owns Shadow Mountain Aussies. She is a professional Australian Shepherd trainer with sheep. She encouraged us to start a small business to help with our finances in our retirement years because we always enjoyed helping her when we could. Julie is one of our 11 children.

  • What makes your program special?

    One litter at a time one puppy at a time. Each puppy is very special to me. start praying for their future homes when they are born.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from David

David has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes their health check, up-to-date shots and worming. A folder with information about dam and sire. A go-home bag with a few gift items to relocate your puppy into your home. 300 deposit will be applied to the total amount of 1500.”

Contract & health guarantee

David may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. She sent photos and videos of my pup and was ahead of schedule for our meet up with no problem meeting me even though it was a bit of a drive for her. That says so much to me.     I researched all of the F1b Cockapoo breeders carefully before selecting Shepherdsfold Cockapoos for my new puppy. I couldn’t be more pleased with this breeder or my sweet new puppy Sadie. I put a deposit down before the puppies were born and had 1st pick of a female. Christie shared pictures as the puppies were born and did an individual FaceTime with us to aid in our selection. She shared pictures, weights, videos and other details during the 8 weeks as we waited to pick her up. We live 8 hours away and Christie gladly arranged to drive 3 hours to meet us and shorten our trip. I have no reservations recommending this breeder to anyone looking for a Cockapoo puppy, it was truly a great experience. Thank you Christie Peterson 💕
