I'm Lesa L., the breeder behind ShowME Miniature Poodles located in Norman, OK. We breed and show our dogs out of a love for and dedication to the protection and betterment of the breed. We strive to produce well-rounded, balanced puppies that make exceptional family companions that have the ability to succeed in a variety of competitive and sporting events.

Why did you start breeding?
I have bred dogs of different breeds over the years including Standard Dachshunds, Shetland Sheepdogs, and Whippets. Miniature Poodles have captured my heart, and I chose to breed them in order to improve my lines and share the Mini love with others.What makes your program special?
All my dogs are tested to CHIC standards. They all live in my house with me and travel with me to shows and to groom at other show kennels. I’m not producing quantity, but quality, and it’s evident when you meet one of my dogs. All puppies are raised with ENS, and Puppy Culture. They are outgoing and very social!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, blue, and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Litter update on 12 July 2025 •…Praline Sprinkles and Dollop are still available. They will be 14 weeks tomorrow and really need to be in their forever homes. They will get their final puppy shot tomorrow, and Rabies on Monday. That means they will have been fully vaccinated, microchipped and wormed, saving you the vet visits and costs!

About Neppé
Neppé is a fantastic girl and a wonderful mother! She loves people and snuggling, and enjoys playing with her sisters. She has produced several lovely show dogs and a few Puppy Best In Show Winners as well as UKC champions and has AKC pointed puppies from her last litter now working on their championships

Kismet is a male Poodle. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Lesa decided to make him part of their program. Lesa has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
