Q. & A. with Chezie
Why did you start breeding?
Having grown up with Danes, I knew I was always going to have one in my life. Watching and learning from my mom, with nearly 30 years of experience, I am excited to start where she left off; taking on the great honor and responsibility that comes with being owned by Great Danes. We love helping people find the perfect new addition for their families and enjoy a reputation as a kind and caring AKC Great Dane Breeder.
What makes your program special?
With this program being handed down through a generation, we are focused on the betterment of this breed and will be keeping our program small. Our focus is on the health and well-being of any puppy born under our care while making the transition from our loving home to yours as easy as possible. We strive to breed the best animals we can, educate their new owners and ensure these precious creatures get the love, care, and attention they deserve.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle, fawn, blue, harlequin, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Gertrude / Gertie, mom
Great Dane
About Gertrude / Gertie
Gertie is a fun loving and well mannered girl. She likes to be allowed to meet people at her own pace. Once she's checked you out, you will have her glued to your hip. She has a lovable and goofy personality, loves to play catch, and lives for hugs from mom. Gertie enjoys visiting some of the local downtown business owners when we take walks to visit dad at work, and absolutely LOVES her ice cream pup cups when we visit our favorite local ice cream shop.
Good health testing
Patellar Luxation, Shoulder Osteochondrosis, +5 more.
Izzie, mom
Great Dane
About Izzie
Izzie has always had a need to be touching her person. She is very nosey and wants to know everything you are doing, with great detail. Izzie is a TALKER, she will make herself heard if she feels you aren't paying enough attention to her, or if she wants something. She loves to play outside with her sisters and sun bathe on the patio. Born on 03/14/2018, Izzie is a Blue 100% European AKC Registered Great Dane. She officially retired 2/9/2021 after having two litters.
Mildred/Millie, mom
Great Dane
About Mildred/Millie
We are happy to introduce Mildred "Millie" into our program! She is a big, beautiful pup and we can't wait to watch her grow. She is spunky and mischievous, yet reserved and observant. Her personality is developing more and more every day. She is a well behaved, friendly girl who LOVES meeting as many people as she can. We're very excited to see what she will bring to our program.
Millie has completed her first Puppy Obedience class and is working on her next levels of training. We have hopes of training obedience or agility with Millie and thoughts of going further into these events with one of her future pups as well.
Mildred does not have any current testing completed. Test results will be posted as soon as she completes them, after 24 months of age.
