I'm Marina and Josh L., the breeder behind Simply Amazing Doodles located in Aurora, CO. We’re passionate advocates for responsible breeding, early development, and lifelong support. Full health testing on all parent dogs through Embark for breed-specific conditions. Highly intelligent, calm, gentle, non-shedding coats, ideal for service, therapy, companionship, families with children.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include black, blue, cafe au lait, cream, silver, white, and parti. Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, brown, sable, black and white, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Marina and Josh

Marina and Josh has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Marina and Josh partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We spend a great deal of time with our puppies and prepare them to be perfect pets, or service dogs. We have a great track record of placing the puppies in their forever homes by really getting to know the perspective families and recommending the best match. To this day we have never had a puppy return to us for any reason. We are, however, always happy to rehome the puppy for you if he or she is not the perfect fit for your family.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Poodle puppies are from Embark Health Tested and cleared parents, they had early neurological stimulation, socialization, scent introduction, sound desensitization and more. AKC puppies come with pre-filled AKC application, litter registration and pedigree paperwork, new puppy kit with a small blanket, leash, collars, food scoop, poop bags with holder, windows decal, vet records, treats and more.”

Marina and Josh may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Marina and Josh were so responsive and knowledgeable about standard poodles. You can tell the way they took care of the puppies they really care about them.  They would post pictures and update me how Bodi was doing all the time.  I loved seeing how he was doing. They are awesome people.  Everything they did to take care of the puppies was just right from weining them to potty training them to loving them. We got the best little boy we could have ever hoped for. You can not go wrong working with them and any of the puppies they have. We are thinking of getting another one from the new litter they have, that are bumadoodles. They one we already have is a standard poodle and he needs a little friend. He is so very very smart and handsome. Im so happy to have worked with them and would highly recommend them.  I wish I knew how to get a couple pictures on here of my wonderful little big boy!     Excellent service! Great people to work with, they truly love all of their puppies. When we met to pick up Bonnie Marina and Josh had a little go bag for her. The bag included some puppy food, Bonnie’s littler blanket, teething toy, and a leash. Marina and Josh were very response and have so much knowledge, we are truly grateful for them.     After a year of searching for a service dog candidate puppy, I found him! Josh and Marina were absolutely lovely and easy to work with, from the initial inquiry, messages, video call, texts, drop off and follow ups. They gladly worked with me on drop off arrangements.     Marina and Josh are truly a blessing when it comes to breeders. They are extremely knowledgeable and take it very seriously. They not only answered every question that I had but they gave me information about their dogs and my dog that I never had any clue of. I was interested in a few poodle breeders but after I showed interest in Ariel, she is now names Athena, they responded immediately and Josh called me a few days later and we spoke on the phone about her parents, their lineage and temperament. I was blown away at how well they knew the pedigree of their dogs but how much information they had on the quality of dogs they produced. They helped me with food choices, gave me recommendations about how to transport the dog, and they also met me in person when I picked up the puppy and I could not be happier. If you want not only a quality puppy but a breeder who really wants the poodle breed to be what it should be, look no further because Simply Amazing Doodles is exactly that.
