I cannot recommend Simply Poodle and Jeannie highly enough! I feel like I have also made a friend for life. From the very first day I contacted Jeannie about “Kai,” she was incredibly responsive. I placed my deposit that same day, and from that point on she stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process. I shared that I was looking for a toy poodle to be my companion, especially after becoming a widow, and Jeannie truly helped make that dream come true. She regularly sent pictures, videos, and updates so I could watch my little girl grow. I originally planned to name her Peaches, but after talking it over with my older children, I decided on Ruby Peaches. Jeannie celebrated that with me and continued keeping me involved every step of the way. After Ruby’s eight-week checkup, Jeannie and her husband drove all the way to Pensacola to meet me at Cracker Barrel for the pickup. They arrived with everything Ruby needed, including her food, all of her paperwork, and even her favorite stuffed animal to help make the transition as smooth as possible. I have been so impressed with how well Ruby was prepared for her new home. She was already crate trained, accustomed to being held, and used to going outside to potty. She has only had a few minor accidents, which is remarkable for such a young puppy. This has been the easiest transition I have ever experienced with a puppy. Jeannie genuinely cares about her puppies and the families who adopt them. Her communication, professionalism, and love for her dogs are evident in everything she does. If you’re looking for a healthy, well-socialized, and much-loved toy poodle, I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Poodle and Jeannie. I am so grateful for my sweet Ruby Peaches!
