I'm Nadya S., the breeder behind Simply Trained located in Lithia, FL. Temperament is the foundation of our breeding program. We prioritize properly matching families to their life long companions. I have have over 25 years of training and breeding experience and pride my program on continuing education and utilizing my knowledge while having been a Vet Tech.

Why did you start breeding?
I have been involved with breeding since I was a child with show dogs. Being a vet tech taught me the medical side and being a trainer showed me what is needed to produce well-rounded pups.What makes your program special?
I focus on ESA and service temperaments in my breeding stock.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel ice, caramel, red, apricot, chocolate, silver, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), Agouti DNA Test, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Animal Genetics Panel, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 1 (PRA-crd1), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
