I'm Yvette C., the breeder behind Sincity Dogs Hobby Kennel located in Harlingen, TX. We are proud to offer our beautiful Whippet puppies to loving homes! Located Harlingen TX. We sometimes have dog caretakers willing to transport pups by airline. Our closes airport is Valley International Airport. We appreciate your application but do reserve the right to select homes based on our kennel goals. Our dogs are athletic but also have off switches. We do Embark DNA testing, CERF eye exam, and echo heart when we available. Vets in Harlingen don't offer Echocardiograms. We also test hearing BAER in our white breeding bitches.

Getting a puppy from Yvette
Yvette has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $700 non-refundable deposit and between $300 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price varies due to pet only, limited AKC and full rights AKC. The pups for $1000 are pet only but a limited AKC registration will be provided to homes that do performance venues. Deposits will be paid after the pups are 4 weeks old to assure viability. Once reserved, the deposit is non refundable unless the puppy selected cannot be placed because of health issues or death. If available, the buyer can choose a different pup or take a refund.”
Contract & health guarantee
Yvette may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
