I'm Josh S., the breeder behind Singer Standards located in Gastonia, NC. Our goal here at Singer Standards is to provide the best possible dogs for a lifetime of companionship. We’ve been involved in breeding for over 20 years, and we place puppies all across the world that become award winning (confirmation & agility) champions.

Why did you start breeding?
Fell in love with the standard poodle breed and felt it my duty to contribute everything I could.What makes your program special?

Josh has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“All puppies are provided with AKC paperwork, as well as a one year health guarantee. Deposit is required if the puppy isn't of age to be placed yet. If puppy is 8+ weeks, no deposit is required.”
Contract & health guarantee
Josh may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Full Embark Panel, Animal Genetics Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
